Wednesday, 04.06.2025 (Day of Arrival):

Arrival of the Romford & Wallasey teams in Germany, they will make their own way to the accommodation at the H4-Hotel Münster (privately booked and paid too), H4-Hotel, Stubengasse 33, 48143 Münster, h-hotels.com

General meeting at the hotel timely in advance (then about 12’- walk together to the Biergarten at the Aasee (Central Lake) at a time to be confirmed directly at the evening location, depending on time of arrival of the teams.

(Remark of the Team Physician: All the evening locations are within a short walking distance - sober or drunk - from the H4 Hotel !)

Evening location: Spatzl, am Aasee, beginning: 20:00 h (s.t.) ,

Am Stadtgraben 52, 48143 Münster,

In good weather Dinner and Drinks in the Biergarten, otherwise there are tables provided on the 1st Floor. Menu choices to be chosen in advance according to group menu (because of group size limited selection of dishes, menu with prices will be sent in advance to each team to choose, completed list of preferences please timely back to me to place the order!!).

Each evening, the bill is to be settled by the individuals with each Captain taking care of collecting monies from their team members or the total number of persons present (rightfully depending on the size of each group), the captains transfer costs then team-internally.

(Procedure according to new “Green Book-Rules” discussed and defined by our Past-Captains, as I am told. Chapeau!)

After the meal drawing of the golf pairings and times (3 Players, one from each Team) for Day 1 and Day 2. Amir has a lottery wheel and we only have to decide, who is going to be the “Lucky Fairy”.(the person who will spin the wheel). Composition of flights of the 3rd and final round will be discussed in course of the Tournament. (likely based upon the individual scores from the first two days. On Day 1 according to the tradition the Captains will form the first tee time, followed by the honourable Past-Captains. End of evening in the Biergarten or elsewhere according to weather conditions. ;-)!

Thursday, 05.06.2025 (1. Tournament Day):

Current offer of Green Fees (3 Rounds of Golf ) in total about 115 Euro, intensive efforts for further reductions are taken.

Transfers of the hosts on their own (with sufficient numbers of trollies for the guests). Romford & Wallasey teams need to advise in advance how many trollies are needed per team. (Info: There are no hills in the area!).

Transfer (drive 25-30’ ) / Means of Transport of the ROWA's with bags to Greven to be confirmed.

Start: approx. 10:30 h, Tee 1, in sequence 10-12 tee times (depending on number of additional players of all the teams, of course running outside the rating)

After the round "come together", individual drinks / snacks on the terrace.

Romford & Wallasey return to the hotel: approx.17:30 h transfer of our guests to the hotel with stopover at the GC Wilkinghege with storage of the bags including trollies in a lockable room (f.e. the former Pro-Shop opposite of the Clubhouse).

Evening location: "Brot & Salz" (former episcopal guardhouse), beginning: 19:30 h (s.t.) ,Mauritzstr. 27, 48143 Münster, brotundsalz.ms

Dinner on a (for us) secluded terrace left to the old guard house. In course of the evening possibility of a - for us preferential - change into the atmospheric inside of the guardhouse.

Fixed 3-course menu for 35 Euros. Notification of the main courses (Meat or Pasta or Vegetarian) in advance. (Choice of main dish, same procedure (lists of preferences again to me!) vid. sup.). Food and drinks costs are allocated to the teams by the captains as already explained.

Furthermore later mingling with locals on the other terrace of the location (public, to the right of the house (it’s on a bridge!)) possible. There are more Pubs and Bars on the “Alter Steinweg”. (Remark: Your route back to the hoteI. It will be a rocky one … and … we will be there again on Friday!). End of evening … .

Friday, 06.06.2025 (2. Tournament Day):

GC Münster-Wilkinghege, Steinfurter Strasse 448, 48159 Münster, golfclub-wilkinghege.de

Transfers of guests and hosts on their own (per Taxi or privately agreed collection/delivery).

Start: approx. 11:00 h Tee 1, in sequence 10-12 tee times.

After the round "come together", individual drinks / snacks on the terrace. Composition of the flights of the final round by the captains, according to results.

Evening location:

"Altes Gasthaus Leve", beginning 19:30 h (s.t.)

(again) Alter Steinweg 37, 48143 Münster, gasthaus-leve.de

Choices from the group menu (because of group size limited selection of dishes (6-8), menu with prices will be sent in advance to each team, selection of dish in the evening in Pub possible, very good regional cuisine with fresh seasonal dishes (Asparagus!!)). Procedure regarding the costs as per previous evening, as usual. End of evening … (remember “Alter Steinweg”!!).

Saturday, 07.07.2025 (Final tournament Day):

GC Münster-Wilkinghege, location known.

Transfers of guests and hosts on their own (per Taxi or privately agreed collection/delivery).

Start: approx. 11:00 h Tee 1, in sequence 10-12 tee times.

"Come together", individual drinks/snacks on the terrace. Return (transport) of the bags and the provided trollies.

Evening location: GC Münster-Wilkinghege, beginning 20:00 h

Sponsored 3-course gala dinner in the fireplace room (Formal Dress code!). Speeches and honours followed by award ceremony with cup handover (maybe “It’s coming home!”). Ovations. End of evening … .

Farewell. Tears, Hugs and Kisses.
